This issue of our newsletter serves a two-fold purpose. It is our monthly issue and our end of the year issue. For those wondering what happened to their copy normally sent out at the beginning of the month, it was delayed so that certain information that would not get to us until mid-month and after could be included in this issue and we were setback by some illness.
